About Me!
Hi Everyone! My name is Ashton Marquart and I am a Junior Management Information Systems major at Temple University. I have always had a passion for technology since I was a child, and knew I wanted to be working in the technology field. After hopping around various tech-related majors, I have finally found my passion… in MIS! I am a very creative and exploratory person, always looking for new and more efficient ways to solve a problem. I just recently switched to the MIS major this year, and I plan on joining Temple AIS, as well as hopefully becoming a Diamond Peer Tutor before I graduate!
I grew up in the small rural town of Morgantown, PA, where life moves a whole lot slower. I came to the great city of Philadelphia looking for new and exciting opportunities, and I haven’t been let down yet! Some of my favorite hobbies are pretty much anything considered an extreme sport, especially snowboarding. When I’m not buzzing around the city or living on the edge, I like to kick back and embrace my rural roots by doing some fishing, hiking, or just relaxing outdoors.
